Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to students and visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our college.

About the Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for students and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate information.
  • Support the implementation of our student experience strategy, driving process improvements and promoting a positive student journey.
  • Dealing with escalated student welfare queries and problems quickly, discreetly, and efficiently.
  • Liaising with sales and admissions teams to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information.
  • Maintaining knowledge of ongoing promotions and communicating them to students and visitors.
  • Providing general administrative and record-keeping support for the College as requested by the College Manager.
  • Assisting with the collection of monies owed by the student as informed by Finance following company policy and procedure.

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker or fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
  • Fast worker, able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and admin skills.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and highly organized.
