Pipeline Project Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Pipeline Project Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pipeline project management, with a strong focus on delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role
  1. Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver the pipeline project successfully.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  3. Monitor project expenses and manage budget allocation effectively.
  4. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  5. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering only.
  2. Proven experience working on pipeline projects, preferably as a project manager.
  3. Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the oil & gas industry.
  4. Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management, and safety protocols.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  6. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  7. Transferable residency based in Kuwait.
