Key Responsibilities:

  2. Use data and market insights to forecast potential revenue streams and set realistic targets.
New Product Development:
  • Identify new products, services, and areas of growth based on demographic changes and labor regulations.
  • Develop new products and services with Operations and Compliance teams to meet customer needs.
  • Position these new offerings effectively to target audiences.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Implement campaigns to attract new customers, especially those not using exchange companies for remittance.
  • Enhance the process to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Design and implement programs to retain clients and encourage repeat business.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and trends.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Market Positioning and Branding:
  • Develop a unique value proposition.
  • Enhance brand value to attract customers and command premium pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and proven leadership experience in a market-leading organization with at least 500 employees. Adaptability, results orientation, and openness to change are essential qualities for this role.
