Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas such as offices, public spaces, and restrooms.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who do not have English language skills or prior cleaning experience. You will work without supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

1. Cleaning Responsibilities:
2. Clean and sanitize designated areas according to company standards
3. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors
4. Empty trash bins and replace liners
5. Clean and disinfect restrooms

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work without English language proficiency
2. No prior experience required
3. Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions effectively
4. Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
