About the Role

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
  • Clean pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
  • Polish silver using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths, depending on the equipment and procedures used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area organized and in compliance with safety standards.
