Career Hunters is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the annual workforce plan and requirements in coordination with the department manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience of 8+ years in Human Resource and a Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.

The role involves managing recruitment related activities, including sourcing, screening and selection, as well as communicating with all candidates and evaluating the shortlisted candidates prior to sharing the same with the hiring manager.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the monthly recruitment report for the Department Manager and ensuring completion of joining formalities and induction program of new hires.

The position also involves ensuring completion of offer & joining letters, verifying employment paperwork in accordance with company policy and local labor law, as well as ensuring successful orientation and induction of new joiners.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also map training needs by liaising with all internal departments and prepare training calendar on time, ensuring that the organization-training target is accomplished.

The role requires the ability to assist the Department Head in employee performance appraisal process as per the performance management policy and procedures.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also handle employee exits and retention efforts, review end of service letters and settlements, manage the renewal of employees' medical and life insurance schemes, and handle the payroll process as required.

The position also involves managing the maintenance of the HR Information System, managing investigations when employee complaints or concerns arise, maintaining records, and complying with the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets approved by the Department Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all reports for management reporting and participating in HR projects.
