Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at SOS HR Solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients to expand our portfolio, actively reach out to leads, set meetings, and present tailored solutions to close deals.
  2. Deal Closing & Revenue Growth: Lead negotiations with clients, ensure profitable contract agreements, and develop customized proposals and sales presentations to secure new business.
  3. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new revenue opportunities, work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns, and monitor competitor activities.
