Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting with monitoring compliance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This includes arranging and performing scheduled and non-scheduled audits, providing regulatory advice, guidance, and coordination to management and employees. Working with exclusive aircraft, this role offers a rewarding opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance their capabilities and gain exposure and experience supporting a government contract.

Responsibilities:
* Support with compliance monitoring, including a feedback system to ensure corrective action as necessary;
* Monitor activities carried out under Part 145 are being performed in accordance with approved procedures;
* Ensure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the contract;
* Maintain regulatory compliance with EASA regulations in accordance with the QMS;
* Conduct Compliance investigations as required;
* Strive to deliver excellence in accordance with the Kuwait vision and strategy;
* Manage and issue maintenance authorisations for Part 145;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to work collaboratively with the Quality Manager in support of the Compliance Monitoring Programme;
* Ability to hold the EASA Quality Manager Form 4 as approved by the CAA for the following approvals Part M, P145;
* Ability to hold the appropriate security clearance required for the role;
* Capable line manager;
* Active team player with the ability to work collaboratively;
* Sound knowledge of the organisation's operations, procedures, and activities;
* Broad aviation technical knowledge including considerable experience within Engineering and Maintenance department;
* Extensive knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and have completed appropriate QMS training;
* Experience in conducting safety/compliance audits and inspections;
