About the Role:

The Director of Private Training will lead the development and delivery of innovative programs catering to diverse learners, including individuals, businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns program offerings with market demands and target audience needs.
  • Market Analysis and Partnerships: Identify market opportunities and forge partnerships to enhance program visibility and impact.
  • Customized Training Solutions: Lead the design, development, and delivery of customized training solutions based on client requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure quality training content and delivery methods.
  • Program Administration: Oversee program administration, including budget management, marketing, enrollment, and participant evaluation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and support staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences and customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor program outcomes and assess effectiveness through ongoing evaluation and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in private training, corporate education, workforce development, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of program development and management, with strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership ability.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Instructional Design Principles: Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant technology platforms and tools for program delivery, administration, and assessment.
