Program Overview

The 12-month rotational development program at Roche Kuwait offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in various disciplines, including application support, customer satisfaction, and product management. You will work closely with our experienced team members and leaders to accelerate your professional development and become a key contributor to our purpose.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality application support response consistent with changing customer and business requirements
  • Deliver best-in-class support utilizing appropriate systems and processes
  • Continuously develop application skills to ensure resilience in supporting all products
  • Ensure coverage across core and out-of-hours hours in line with agreements
  • Propose and implement activities aligned with customer satisfaction surveys and ongoing feedback
  • Perform instrument training, configuration, and commissioning for new installations
  • Active member of installations team supporting setup, optimization, workflow, correlation, etc.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business, Public Affairs, or a related field. Fresh graduates are preferred, and a basic understanding of the healthcare system is desirable. You must be eager to work with diverse cultures, curious about learning new things, and have excellent communication and innovative skills.

A proficiency in English is required, and you should be willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
