We are seeking a highly experienced Well Engineer – Drilling & Completions to support our operations. This position involves designing, planning, and executing safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling and completion programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop Well designs and operational programs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, drilling safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee and support field execution, ensuring technical integrity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review technical documents, well proposals, AFE, end-of-well reports, and risk assessments.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
- MSc or B.Sc. in Engineering or Scientific Discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in a well engineering role.
- Demonstrated expertise in well design, well planning, well control principles, environmental compliance, and operational execution.
- Experience with both field and office operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard well engineering software.
