Job Summary

As a Female Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other instructors and club staff to promote a positive and inclusive club environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Instruct group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  2. Assess clients' physical conditions and fitness goals.
  3. Design and deliver personalized workout plans.
  4. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  5. Demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment.
  6. Promote studio services and programs.
  7. Collaborate with other fitness professionals.
Requirements
  • Internationally recognized Personal Trainer Level 3 Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
  • Experience instructing group classes such as Core, HIIT, Stretch & Functional classes.
  • Fluent in English (Conversational level at a minimum).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
