We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the discovery of customers' business objectives and translate them into effective datacenter solutions.

About the Role
  • This is a pre-sales resource who will partner with vendors to build trusted relationships and expertise.
  • You will lead pre-sales activities such as proposal development, proof-of-concept construction, demonstrations, roadmaps, and architecture design sessions.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to sell and architect industry-leading compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud solutions.

Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/military background.
  2. 7+ years designing and implementing complex datacenter solutions.
  3. 3+ years working with mid-market and enterprise environments.
  4. Experience with Cisco UCS, Dell, Pure storage; knowledge of core networking, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), OS (Windows Server, Linux), and storage fundamentals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Presales experience or working with a systems integrator.
  • AWS and/or Azure experience.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, container orchestration, observability tools, and data protection solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  5. Conduct customer-facing demonstrations to enhance sales success.
  6. Collaborate on technical solutions to improve our intellectual property.
  7. Stay current on technical developments related to datacenter solutions.
  8. Interact with sales teams to build robust solutions.
  9. Perform customer assessments to support design and ongoing support.
