Key Responsibilities
  • Provide live event services for ceremonies, concerts, and other events by setting up and operating digital audio systems, live video systems, and event lighting systems.
  • Maintain deployable audio and visual systems according to manufacturer standards.
  • Deploy two event audio systems simultaneously as required.
  • Manage schedules for all events and installations, resolving any conflicts that arise.
  • Ensure accountability of Audio Visual Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) through regular property audits.
  • Perform property management tasks for the Audio-Visual Department.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it.
  • Meet AR 25-2 requirements for NIPRNET access.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service training.
  • Ability to obtain a host nation driver's license with a heavy vehicle endorsement.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Infocom CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification is preferred.
  • Experience with AMX, ACE-D, ACE-I, ACE-P, and Extron AV systems is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions exceeding 120°F.
  • Indoor and outdoor environments, including harsh desert conditions.
Physical Requirements
  • Light work with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Potential for heavy lifting, climbing, prolonged standing/sitting, and exposure to hazards.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in certain situations.
  • Compliance with safety regulations.
