Support Commercial Decisions in Retail

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to support our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement commercial decisions on space and layout, including visual merchandising, promotional displays, and visibility agreements.
  • Conduct regular store visits and ensure compliance with agreed guidelines and principles.
  • Maintain visibility agreements across all stores in coordination with store management.
  • Collaborate with the Planogram team to capture category and product spaces from stores.
  • Collect and verify store requirements for fixtures and equipment replacements.
  • Support new store openings and major merchandising activities as assigned.
  • Participate in promotional/seasonal display creation and dismantling as needed.
  • Ensure visual merchandising across all categories is attractive and meets established standards.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of retail merchandising experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for design.
