The Job
We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead revenue growth, develop innovative sales strategies, and foster exceptional client relationships. This role demands expertise in sales, industry knowledge, and a talent for presenting creative solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close high-value client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute tailored sales strategies to expand our portfolio.
- Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients, present customized solutions, and build a comprehensive sales pipeline.
- Contract Management: Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing, branding, or advertising industry.
- A proven history of surpassing sales targets and securing high-value deals.
- Ability to independently initiate, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
