Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive marketing success.

The key objectives of this role include:

  1. Designing and executing a robust social media plan that aligns with business goals.
  2. Determining the most critical social media performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Crafting and managing engaging content across all major social media platforms.
  4. Fostering strategic partnerships with industry influencers through social media channels.
  5. Providing constructive feedback to the marketing team to optimize their efforts.

To excel in this position, the successful candidate should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and best practices in social media management.
  4. Experience with social media management tools.
  5. Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

This is an entry-level opportunity within our Marketing and Sales department. The employment type is full-time, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
