Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to ensure best-in-class talent acquisition strategies for multiple divisions. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, assessing, and securing top talent for roles in Saudi Arabia while adhering to labour laws and best hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with a strong emphasis on candidate experience, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and communicate effectively with candidates, leveraging various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, agencies).
- Stay informed on market trends and industry benchmarks to provide a superior candidate experience, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, prioritizing timely and respectful communication with candidates, including HR behavioural interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and Talent teams to enhance the candidate journey, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve hiring efficiency while maintaining a candidate-first approach.
