Vehicle Sales Supervisor Position
\
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in sales supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. They will be responsible for supervising the sale of retail cars, maintaining showroom standards, and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities include:
\
Operational Management:
\
  • Assign and share targets with sales staff, review their performance, prepare sales reports, and submit them for approval.
  • Manage cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, and traffic department documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of stationery, electrical, and office equipment to maintain optimal supply levels.
  • Promote vehicle orders based on customer requirements.
  • Daily review of vehicle reservations with sales staff.
  • Follow up with the delivery center for timely vehicle delivery.
  • Arrange vehicle replacements as per customer requests, send vehicle preparation orders to the showroom.
  • Address customer queries related to vehicle sales and maintenance.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain showroom safety in line with industry standards and local regulations.

People Management:
\
  • Assign duties and review work quality, accuracy, and adherence to group policies.
  • Monitor employee attendance, report absences, prepare annual leave plans, and manage overtime sheets for approval.
  • Enforce health and safety standards, explain and provide necessary training and materials.
  • Receive and escalate grievances raised by subordinates to management promptly.
