We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Talent Script in Kuwait. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients on all aspects of human resources management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can provide expert advice and support to clients on all aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Candidate Recruitment: Help clients with hiring from start to finish, including writing job descriptions, finding candidates, screening resumes, and interviewing.
  • Hiring Strategies: Work with clients on hiring strategies and provide tips on what candidates are available and what salary ranges to expect.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process to help new hires settle smoothly into client companies.
  • HR Best Practices: Advise clients on HR best practices and help with workforce planning, employee relations, and creating a positive work environment.
  • HR Policies: Assist clients in setting up HR policies and procedures that align with their business goals.
  • Employee Issues: Guide clients in handling employee issues, from performance management to conflict resolution.
  • HR Outsourcing: Manage day-to-day HR tasks for clients, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and following Kuwaiti labor laws.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally in a consulting or outsourcing setting.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, HRIS systems, and Kuwaiti labor laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management to juggle multiple client projects.
