Documentation Coordinator

A Documentation Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the documentation needs of a project team. Responsibilities include coordinating the development, review, and approval of documentation, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.

This role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development, review, and approval of documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including document tracking and revision control
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing and distributing documents and reports
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve documentation-related issues
