Senior HCM Cloud Consultant Role

Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion professional looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise? This senior consultant role is ideal for those with in-depth knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion platform, as well as experience in functional lead roles.

The successful candidate will provide high-level guidance and support to clients during the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects. Key responsibilities include identifying business requirements, mapping them to Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality, conducting design workshops, and advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.

To be eligible for this position, applicants should possess a university degree in computer/electronics engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional lead role, along with hands-on experience with Fusion release 9 and experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations, are also essential requirements. Additionally, prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades is highly valued.
