Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Degree in Science, Commerce, or Law. Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification is also required. Relevant post-graduation experience in similar roles is essential, along with extensive knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Degree in Science, Commerce, or Law;
- Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification;
- Relevant post-graduation experience in similar roles;
- Extensive knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law;
- Strong grasp of procedural requirements and necessity of providing an Audit Trail for Management purposes;
- Middle East/Arabian Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.
