Principal Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our high school community in Kuwait. As High School Principal, you will serve as a strategic catalyst for academic distinction and personal growth.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of the high school, ensuring seamless coordination across academic and administrative areas. You will supervise and mentor teaching staff through regular performance evaluations, identify professional development needs, and provide targeted training and support to enhance instructional effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Education; Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
• Strong written and administrative skills
• Knowledge of school administrative processes
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with the American Curriculum advantageous
