The ideal candidate

  • Degree in Education; Master's degree is preferable
  • Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Strong written and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of school administrative processes
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
  • Crisis management andProblem-solving skills
  • Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous
