About the Role

This pivotal position demands a dynamic and innovative educator who can inspire both students and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily management of the school and office, provide periodic observations and evaluations, and ensure a productive learning environment through collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the school's day-to-day operations and provide leadership to educators.
  • Oversee educational programs and activities, promoting academic excellence and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, students, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with experience as a principal or in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation abilities, strong written and administrative skills, and knowledge of school administrative processes. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems, as well as crisis management and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of school administrative processes and procedures.
  • Experience with education management systems and MS Office.
