Software Delivery Director

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team and guide the development of cloud infrastructure and software delivery. In this role, you will build and lead a team of engineers to design, test, and publish high-quality Ubuntu images for public cloud instances.
Our team collaborates with major cloud providers to optimize Ubuntu for their infrastructure. This involves working closely with teams at Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other partners to ensure seamless integration and differentiation on each cloud platform.
As a technical leader, you will need to balance technical expertise with management skills. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, ensuring they grow as engineers and contribute to the team's success. You will also set expectations with other engineering teams, management, and external stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in agile software development, team management, and technical guidance. You will lead a team of engineers to design, test, and publish high-quality software, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting continuous learning.
