About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Community Services Sr. Director in the management and coordination of operations for all services assigned to the Community Services Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Services Sr. Director in the management and coordination of operations for all services assigned to the Community Services Directorate.
  • Oversee site management and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with quality objectives and program safety standards.
  • Prepare briefings and reports for senior directors and provide leadership and consultation to staff members.
  • Liaise with task order management leadership to ensure mission accomplishment and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in community services management or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in customer service roles, with experience in planning, supervising, managing, and conducting overseas community services operations.
  • Deployment to Southwest Asia (SWA) experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
