Senior Brand Development Manager for Dermatology Portfolio

Job Description:

Lilly, a global healthcare leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Development Manager to join its team in the Middle East region. This exciting opportunity will be a key contributor to the company's mission of uniting caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) portfolio brand activities across Gulf. You will work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders and engage external stakeholders, including thought leaders, to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accelerate progress by driving initiatives to enhance customer beliefs and influence prescribing behaviors within priority accounts
- Identify barriers and address obstacles to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure successful execution of the Customer Plan/Operational Plan
- Lead cross-function launch readiness and collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory, access and pricing, supply chain, and other departments to align on launch objectives and ensure all teams are prepared for the launch
- Monitor progress of launch activities, identify potential barriers, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track
- Organize and lead regular launch readiness sessions to gain leadership alignment, address gaps, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared
- Engage field-based colleagues in the implementation of marketing tactics and 'Hotspot' strategy, develop partnerships and engagement with sales representatives and sales leaders, and train and coach sales forces in close collaboration with sales management
- Co-own Thought Leader strategy, develop strong business relationships with thought leaders and key accounts, and periodically meet with key Thought Leaders and manage speaker trainings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Brand marketing and Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results
- Strong strategic thinking/problem solving and execution excellence
- Experience in launching new brands or new indications is a plus
- Immunology experience is a plus
- Deep competency in brand strategy and execution, technical marketing knowledge preferable, and technical knowledge of local health policy preferable
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated, and able to prioritize, strong team player, enthusiastic ability to energize and motivate others, solid compliance mindset, demonstrated integrity on the job, and ability to lead others in producing high quality, compliant work
