Job Description
- Lead the Merchandising Team: Drive your team towards achieving Perfect Store targets (price, planogram, MSL) and GTM scorecard objectives (Route adherence, location adherence, ST).
- Set Clear Goals: Establish long-term and short-term goals for your team and oversee daily operations in the market.
- Mentorship: Develop and maintain a record of point-of-sale materials allocated to the market. Coach and engage with team members, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
Key Skills:
- Problem Solving: Analyze common issues and propose practical solutions.
- Communication: Adapt communication styles and initiate interactions, summarizing complex information for clarity.
- Business Analysis: Identify areas for improvement in routine tasks, share suggestions, and provide relevant data to support problem-solving efforts.
- Leadership: Empower others, prioritize employee development, and align career goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
