We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our EMEA region team. As a key member of the global HR function, you will play a critical role in driving precise and compliant HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading HR initiatives across regions within a technology business, with a strong focus on talent development, succession planning, and performance assessments.
As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate HR services to our business stakeholders across the region. This includes interacting closely with the EMEA HR Manager and the Global Head of HR to create impact across all HR regions.
You will be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives, employee relations, and workforce planning.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and create an HR function for the future, partnering with leadership in your region to deliver strategic and operational results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy.
- Interact closely with the EMEA HR Manager and the Global Head of HR to create impact across all HR regions.
- Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Work with managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany, and/or UK) is a plus, with an understanding of local labor laws and competitive awareness.
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- A good balance between leading and executing; hands-on involved in daily HR routines.
- Experience mentoring and developing others.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define done and keep deliverables on track.
