Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Spill Response Team in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials and developing effective spill control strategies.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive spill control plans.
  2. Collaborate with the Hazardous Waste Section to ensure compliance with Quality and Safety standards.
  3. Train and educate staff on spill response procedures.
  4. Monitor and report on environmental compliance and performance metrics.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes through collaboration with stakeholders.
  6. Manage relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and contractors.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in environmental management, safety, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
