Job Description:

This role is based in Kuwait and supports the LOGCAP program. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Compliance Supervisor to ensure that all assigned areas meet environmental compliance standards, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and industry guidelines.

The Environmental Monitor will oversee Environmental Compliance Specialist personnel, ensuring they complete tasks accurately and in accordance with PWS and LOGCAP V Environmental, Safety & Health directives. This includes inspecting procedures, conducting monthly environmental assessments, and reviewing audit report forms for accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing guidance on environmental compliance training and implementation
  • Ensuring Environmental SOW compliance
  • Data collection, report formulation, and daily interaction with USG customers
  • Capturing data related to environmental compliance work orders
  • Maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas according to V2 Z LOGCAP V Performance
  • Evaluating employee performance against established standards


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with PWS, Technical Exhibits, Plans, and Internal Work Instructions is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to drive to various work sites and transport necessary supplies. Assessment of environmental impact sites, inspections, and annual audits are crucial aspects of this position.
