Medication Manager Job Role:

YIACO Medical is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to oversee medication-related activities and ensure seamless integration into our patient care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing medication supplies, monitoring patient responses, and fostering effective relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication inventory management, maintaining accurate records and controlling stock levels.
• Deliver timely and accurate medication dispensed to patients.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to patients and families on medication usage, emphasizing importance of adherence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement patient-centered care strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to advance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Active MOH License and current registration.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
