">- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for launch, registration, clinical studies, medical affairs, and patient support initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to achieve competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Lead and develop the CMR team, driving operational excellence in Clinical Study Execution, Medical and Regulatory Affairs.
- Contribute actively to strategic decisions as a member of the management team.
Qualifications
">We are seeking a medical doctor with a relevant postgraduate degree and at least 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have strong leadership and people development skills, as well as proficiency in oral and written English. Arabic language is an advantage.
">- 5+ years of managerial experience including managing People Managers.
- Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and industry KOLs, able to influence and build strong and trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Management and coaching skills with a strong team player ability.
