Technical Support Specialist

Job Purpose:

  • Provide analytical and technical support for MIS manager in ensuring a clean and consistent view across the platform.
  • Offer MIS support and technical assistance to internal users, delivering information through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Department's MIS systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze and resolve complex ad-hoc requests from internal clients, developing codes to extract data and validating rules.
  • Manage and support the maintenance of Department's MIS systems, managing user accessibility and rights.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to provide exceptional service to clients, communicating on a regular basis.
  • Develop and manage Incentive-based Balanced Scorecards (based on KPIs), aligned with bank strategy and directions.
  • Collaborate with Units and lead members to design and create templates for data capturing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in banking/financial institutions, with knowledge of banking products and practices.
  • Exposure to PC associate techniques like MS Office suite, data modeling tools like SQL, database management, Business Objects, and latest reporting tools.
