Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive channel growth and sales excellence in our postpaid business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow postpaid channels, including tele-marketing, community, VIP, D2C, modern trade, and new channels.

  • Monitor sales quality, design channel schemes, manage sales budgets, provide early indicators on market trends, benchmark performance against competition, and recommend actions to achieve sales excellence.

  • Drive postpaid app penetration across channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.

  • Closely collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, BI, and technology, to provide actionable insights on cost of sales and channel profitability analysis.

  • Work closely with sales channel managers to ensure that sales quality and KPIs are met, driving productivity enhancements and campaign efficiency improvements.
