Job Description

This role requires a highly experienced professional to manage the design and execution of fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including design management, execution management, project monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Management: Ensure timely completion of designs for new sales outlets/branches, adhering to branding guidelines and reviewing/approving designs for franchises.
  • Execution Management: Oversee the implementation of approved designs for sales outlets and administrative buildings, resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and reporting to management teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare executive progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Sustainability: Introduce and implement sustainable practices in the design and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring efficient cost savings through value engineering advice.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as architecture or engineering.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in a relevant role such as design architect, civil engineer, or structural engineer.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Additional Information:

The successful candidate will work primarily at our Kuwait Head Office. The role is a full-time position with a standard schedule.
