This role involves managing the electrical maintenance teams in our steel melting plant. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical maintenance and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Management: Oversee the daily activities of electrical maintenance teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of allocated area equipment, identifying any potential issues or abnormalities.
- Corrective Action: Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues, working closely with Electrical & Electronics Specialists and Electrical Technicians.
- Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a steel melting shop.
- Skills: Ability to read electrical drawings, knowledge of utility and substations, and good maintenance and troubleshooting skills for utility and substation facilities in the steel melting plant.
