Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an understanding of new and emerging technologies and suggesting solutions to ensure optimal use of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and suggest new products/solutions to increase efficiency and performance, ensuring low downtime for networks and related services.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies before deployment, conducting performance analysis on existing systems and utilizing results to tune systems accordingly.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required or directed by management from time to time, participating and providing inputs towards implementation of various hardware policies and procedure/support along with its maintenance.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in system support in organization of similar size and scope is essential.
  • Certification from Microsoft is required, while certification from CISCO is preferred.
  • Written and spoken English is essential, with Arabic being an added advantage.
