About the Role

As a College Facilitator, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for students and visitors to the college. This role requires excellent communication and consultative sales skills to provide courteous and professional advice and assistance.

You will continuously evaluate opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the student experience, including support of the Student Ambassador Program.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for following up on NPS feedback surveys within agreed SLAs, ensuring corrective action is taken where necessary.

You will support the new student first-day experience in line with Great Things Start Here initiatives and deal with escalated student welfare queries and problems quickly, discreetly, and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all students and visitors to the college, ensuring they are dealt with courteously and professionally.
  • Support the effective day-to-day management of the college's administration processes.
  • Provide general administrative and record-keeping support for the College as requested by the College Manager.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of college rules and policies and relevant welfare issues.
