This position is responsible for overseeing the daily duties and training of the Emergency Services Dispatchers in Kuwait. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with emergency responders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Emergency Services Dispatcher team

  • Manage requests for Fire and Emergency Services responses

  • Dispatch emergency personnel to critical response situations

  • Provide pre-arrival medical instructions to callers

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Emergency Services Dispatch Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance required

  • American Heart Association CPR certification

  • Telecommunicator I/II certification

  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification

  • One (1) year experience as a Police, Fire, EMS Dispatcher
