Main Responsibilities:

Execute various activities within a specific warehouse shift, including receiving, tallying, quality control, storage, stock management, and movement of goods for sale or return.

Work closely with the Assistant Manager - Warehouse to ensure sufficient resources (labor, drivers) for daily operations and prepare shift rosters for staff.

Suggest temporary labor hiring based on shift plans and staff requirements, and coordinate with agencies for supply.

Settle temporary labor wages through accounts after sign-off from the In-charge - Warehouse.

  • Monitor daily tallying of goods with purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Direct proper storage of goods (stacking, binning) and documentation.
  • Load sales vans with goods based on work orders received.

Implement new policies from the Purchase section in coordination with Quality Control and Loss Prevention.

Prepare reports or provide data requested by Senior Manager - Warehouse & Logistics and suggest improvements.

Allocate work to subordinates, nominate for training, and manage leave and overtime to ensure group efficiency.

Ensure subordinates are aware of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Computer literacy with email, MS Office, and business tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
