Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and oversight of warehouse operations, including storage, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and preparation of supporting documentation.
  • Utilize Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army) to perform transactions that update customer data, warehouse inventory, and analytics in real-time.
  • Monitor and conduct COSIS, 10% cyclic, and 100% annual inventories, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Turn-in Management of 252,000 square feet of warehouse storage space.
  • Oversee the operational performance of the Supply Support Activity in accordance with Army Regulation 710-2 and AR 735-5.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of similar civilian or military experience in supply warehouse operations.
  • Preference for candidates with strong logistics experience familiar with Military Standard Requisition and Issuing Procedures (MILSTRIP) or equivalent civilian program.
  • CAC eligibility and/or ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • U.S. citizenship.
