Automation and Integration Specialist

We are seeking an Automation and Integration Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage coordination between internal stakeholders including other members of the Technical team to ensure that all lead to cash processes developments are aligned where necessary and developed as efficiently as possible.

  1. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing lead to cash systems and possess working knowledge of agile development frameworks.

  2. A solid understanding of system support processes specific to the telecom industry is highly desirable.

  3. The successful candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office toolkit (Excel, PowerPoint) and possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
