Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Legal Assistant Manager where you will provide expert support to the Supervisor in all legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, undertakings, and legal opinions.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to the Supervisor on legal issues and regulatory inquiries.
  • Developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Hold a graduate degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  • Have 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
