Job Summary: Telecommunications Projects Supervisor oversees the planning, scheduling, and tracking of all project requirements for the Directorate. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage telecom project plans and schedules for all directorate taskings and projects.
  • Work closely with leads, supervisors, telecom project manager, director, and external agencies to ensure smooth communication about ongoing projects.
  • Plan, develop, direct, and coordinate logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program-level activities and operational areas.
  • Ensure IMD program compliance with safety regulations and analyze IMD data for audits.
  • Stay current on developments in quality, safety, fire, and environmental industries through publications and training.
  • Comply with all EHS and QA requirements, providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree in management, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or project management professional (PMP) highly desirable.
  • Experience with structured project management methodologies, managing concurrent projects, and producing accurate project plans.
  • U.S. citizenship and valid secret clearance required.
  • At least three years of operational experience, including two years in a supervisory role, with strong organizational and communication skills.
