The Director of Digital Operations plays a pivotal role in leading and managing all aspects of Digital Operations within their assigned area of ownership. With accountability for driving Financial Results, Business Development, Positive Employee Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and Safety, this individual must be a strategic leader who can drive growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing large operational teams, ensuring effective performance and delivery of customer KPIs.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures across business lines, identifying root causes of delivery issues, and implementing remediation strategies.
  • Regularly reviewing operational results with Digital Operations Managers and Supervisors, holding them accountable for production outcomes, and ensuring the quality of service is continuously improving.
Cross-Functional Coordination

This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, serving as the main point of contact between operations and other functional teams across the organization. The Director will communicate with IT and Commercial peers on operational status, plans, and challenges, providing expert guidance and support as needed.

Financial Execution

The Director will work closely with the Vice President and Finance Business Partner to develop and execute financial plans, analyze trends, and monitor P&L. They will also manage against annual operating and capex budgets, ensure rack and capacity utilization, and maintain a 5-year real estate plan to proactively address space needs.

Broad Knowledge and Expertise

A well-rounded technical experience in BPO/BPM operations is essential, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure and platforms. The ability to analyze financial statements, forecast, and measure to budget is also critical. Additionally, expertise in document management, particularly with Kofax Capture and Kofax KTM, is highly valued.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent proficiency in Arabic and English languages, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a proven track record of leading diverse operational teams and interacting with technical teams effectively.
