About the Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This role involves teaching group classes and one-on-one sessions, creating personalized workout plans, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pilates Reformer classes and private sessions, providing personalized instruction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement customized Pilates programs based on individual client needs and fitness levels.
  • Demonstrate and teach proper form and technique to ensure client safety and maximize workout effectiveness.
  • Provide modifications and progressions for exercises to accommodate clients of varying skill levels and physical abilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Stay updated on Pilates trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and document client progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to workout plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to promote overall health and wellness within the facility.
