Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are recruiting for a qualified, experienced and professional Reformer Pilates instructor to join a high-end boutique Pilates studio in Kuwait.

Package:

1. Tax-free monthly salary of 800 KWD per month (approximately US$2,600)
2. 20% commission
3. Bonus based on class achievements

Requirements:

1. Pilates certification
2. Minimum 1 year experience
3. English speaking (Conversational level)
4. Experience in Cadillac, Barre, Lagree is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct private and group Pilates classes using mat and equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.)
2. Modify exercises based on clients' fitness levels, injuries, or medical conditions
3. Ensure proper technique, form, and alignment to prevent injuries
4. Develop progressive training programs to meet client goals
5. Offer guidance on breathing techniques and core engagement
6. Track and document client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
7. Work with clients recovering from injuries or those requiring post-rehabilitation training
8. Report any equipment maintenance or safety concerns to the studio manager
9. Maintain a positive and motivating environment in the studio
10. Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates for health and well-being
11. Instruct clients on safe equipment usage
12. Recommend memberships, class packages, or private sessions to clients
13. Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends
14. Attend workshops, certifications, and continuing education courses
15. Expand expertise in specialized areas (e.g. pre/postnatal Pilates, injury rehabilitation)
